A combination of crab, cucumber and shrimp,  topped with sliced avocado. Drizzled with our dynamite and eel sauces.

SPICY TUNA ROLL  | 8

Our spicy tuna roll is an inside-out makizushi roll that contains raw tuna, and spicy mayo with sriracha and avocado.

* CALIFORNIA ROLL | 7

Our take on the famous (fully cooked) California Roll.  Includes crab, celery and avocado.  Topped with toasted sesame seeds.

WAGYU NIGIRI | 2 PCS – 13

Marble Ridge Specialty Farms wagyu beef marinated in our black pepper soy sauce.  Fire torched to rare then topped with flaky Malden salt and crispy grilled onions.

THE RAINBOW FIRE ROLL |  17

Our rainbow roll includes salmon, eel, tuna, avocado, shrimp, cream cheese, caviar tobiko. Served on a flaming plate.

AHI TUNA NIGIRI (MAGURO) | 2 PCS – 9

Scored raw ahi tuna filets, lightly brushed with our eel sauce and wasabi.

Grace is the Jackson Grille’s sushi chef or Shokunin.  She was born in the Philippines and after graduating from college, traveled to Japan for work.  From there she traveled to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  She eventually was hired in Hong Kong, where she spent over 6-years working in the New Territories.  We are proud to have her at the Jackson Grille, where she now calls Marshfield home.
