The Jackson Grille is located in one of Marshfield, Missouri’s oldest buildings. We serve the highest-quality entrees with old-school professionalism. Working here requires a certain appreciation for doing things the right way, even if it costs more or takes more time. The team we have is disciplined and attentive. We are striving for excellence each evening.

Did we mention we are really into “service”? It’s the standards we uphold that make us stand out. Customers have many choices and expectations and we want them to remember our service as well as our delicious entrees. The most important thing is that they remember you. You’re the reason they really come back.
MORE FREE TIME
Only weekends! Most restaurants lose money Monday-Thursday, and make it up on the weekends. We chose to allow our members more quality of life, by only opening when the time was right for the customer and the employee. It’s the most efficient scheduling model around. No more boring Mondays!
If you lack experience in the industry, but have a great attitude and personality, we would like to talk to you. We are in the people business…we just happen to serve great food and drinks in the process. Young or older…we can train you to excel.

FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS
Since we only open Friday – Sunday, it allows you to have twice the time off, while making the same money you would at a regular restaurant. (Kitchen staff prep Thursday-Sunday).
